Apex Septic Design was established by Tai Nguyen, registered environmental health specialist # 7177. Tai Nguyen was a former senior septic staff member in the Well and Septic Section, Sonoma County Permit and Resource Management Department (PRMD) and has over ten years of experience in onsite wastewater treatment systems. Through constantly working with challenging projects, he knows the permitting process and can help clients meet their goals.
Projects expertise includes legalizing unpermitted buildings and septic systems, evaluating septic systems and/or designing septic systems to remodel and upgrade an existing house or business. We also help our clients in the very overwhelming process of rebuilding/replacing structures destroyed by fire or flooding, while working with County septic staff to design creative solutions in areas of the county that are challenging with regard to passing percolation and wet weather groundwater testing.
Moreover, Tai Nguyen has reviewed escrow septic inspections and septic findings that assist home buyers in real estate transactions or are required when remodeling a home or business served by a septic system older than 20 years.
